Single pre war Heer shoulder strap to NCO in (Reiter Schule) Cavalry riding school

A single and pre war Heer NCO shoulder strap, the strap is the early pointed version with tress that was eventually incorporated by the Luftwaffe, the strap has the silvered version of the RS (Reiter Schule) Cavalry riding school cipher. The cipher has been period attached with thread, has the three smaller pips missing but can clearly be seen where they were seated.
