A ery nice and rare early war pattern assault frame pouch, with all leather and webbing straps. The Pouch is maker marked and dare of '1939'.
The Pouch was used to carry the K98 cleaning kit and other personel items such as socks, rations, cleaning products and boot brushes.
The pouch was attached to the bottom of the assault frame.
