Waffen SS pattern M43 cap Edelweiss insignia.

This is a nice example of a Waffen SS pattern black coloured woolen based M43 cap insignia (Mützen abzeichen depicting the Edelweiss flower as was specifically used by the various SS-Gebirgsjäger (mountain-troops) such as those of the 'Prinz Eugen' 'Skanderbeg' SS Divisions.
The insignia comes in a virtually mint unused condition. The piece on offer here is a fully text book example that comes in undamaged condition.
