An original Krim Campaign Shield Heer, constructed in pressed steel, magnetic, with a bronze finish. The obverse consists of a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates “1941-1942”, measuring 52 mm (w) x 62 mm (h).
The badge is missing three of the lugs, and the zink backing plate, it has been attached at some point as has 3 holes for sewing to a piece of backing wool, otherwise in good condition.
