This is an attractive set of 3 simply never used and nowadays truly very scarcely encountered WH (Heeres M36 pattern side cap cocarde Kokarde für M36/M40 Schiffchen, being executed in 'BeVo' weave pattern and that comes in a virtually mint condition. The 3 pieces are still joined together and have never been used as can be noticed on the pictures.
