'Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen' (General Assault Badge ie. GAB)

An attractive and only moderately used/worn example of a 'Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen' ( General Assault Badge ie. GAB) being a maker marked zinc ('Feinzink') based so called flat back variant, as was produced by the desirable maker 'Hersteller' Frank & Reif, Stuttgart, as was based in the town of Stuttgart, and comes in an overall very nice albeit just moderately used condition.
The badge is typical zinc 'Feinzink' based example that has lost most of its silver coloured finish, it has a typical zinc like age patina (as can be seen on the pictures).
This particular example comes naturally mounted onto its functional thin shaped and/or silver coloured pin and catch.
